Once you sign up with your email and password, you can immediately begin your independent self-led digital therapy journey. The platform is accessible on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with internet and audio access.

Guided Self-Help Option

If you prefer additional support, SilverCloud also offers a guided self-help option, where a psychological professional provides digital guidance and periodic reviews. You’ll receive weekly check-ins via the platform or email, and occasionally by phone, in a structured approach known as ‘Guided Self-Help.

If you choose the guided self-help option, please refer yourself and select a programme based on your needs. Once your details are received, a member of the Talking Therapies team will contact you to schedule an initial consultation via telephone, followed by a Welcome Call where you’ll be matched with the best programme for your specific needs.
